Identify and generate new business opportunities (B2B/B2C)
Lead generation through
Upwork, Freelancer, Guru
, LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls
Daily bidding on freelancing portals and writing customized proposals
Understand client requirements and propose suitable business/technical solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and pitch decks
Handle client communication, meetings, demos, and negotiations
Manage sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills:
2-4 years of experience in Business Development / Online Bidding
Hands-on experience with
Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru
platforms
Strong English communication and negotiation skills
Excellent proposal writing and client conversion skills
Experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation
