Key Responsibilities
Manage and operate
Upwork profiles
, including bidding, proposal writing, and client communication.
Conduct outreach through
calls, emails, and online platforms
to generate leads.
Maintain lead pipelines, follow-ups, and update CRM entries regularly.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
Support and achieve monthly sales targets.
Contribute to overall team progress and performance.
Key Requirements
Basic familiarity with
Upwork
and
Firework
platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated, confident, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working in
Night shifts
