We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive
to expand CARELY's healthcare partnerships in
Mumbai
. The role involves identifying, visiting, and onboarding hospitals, doctors, clinics, and other healthcare-related organisations for business collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads among
hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, nursing homes, and healthcare organisations
Conduct
field visits
to healthcare facilities for meetings and partnership discussions
Pitch CARELY's technology-enabled patient care services to potential partners
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and decision-makers
Negotiate collaboration terms and close partnership agreements
Maintain daily activity reports, lead tracking, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and activation of partnersStay updated on healthcare market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility & Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
Graduation (Any stream)
Preferred Qualification:
MBA (Marketing / Healthcare Management / Business)
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in
Healthcare / Diagnostics / Pharma / Medical Sales
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with
field sales and hospital visits
Self-driven, target-oriented, and relationship-focused
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in hospital or doctor onboarding
Understanding of healthcare sales cycles
Ability to explain technology-enabled healthcare solutions simply
Good local market knowledge of Mumbai healthcare ecosystem
