Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2 years of experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for both IT products and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, emails, calls, portals, and networking. Promote and sell IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, Cloud, IoT, etc.) and products/SaaS solutions. Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and estimates. Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners. Conduct market research to identify new trends, technologies, and business opportunities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Participate in client meetings, demos, and negotiations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in an IT company. Strong understanding of IT services and product-based offerings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience with lead generation tools, CRM systems, and sales portals. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficient in MS Office, email tools, and online research platforms. Experience working with international and domestic clients. Knowledge of proposal bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.) is a plus. Basic understanding of SDLC, SaaS models, and IT project pricing.
Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. MBA (Marketing / Sales / IT) will be an added advantage. Candidate must own a personal vehicle and hold a valid driving license for client visits.
