Key Responsibilities:
Contact and follow up with daily incoming leads for our D2C products.
Convert leads into paying customers by explaining product features, benefits, and resolving queries.
Build relationships with potential customers and maintain consistent follow-ups.
Provide a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and handling objections effectively.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Manage and track lead conversion performance using CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
1-6 years in sales, lead generation, or customer service.
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication in
Hindi and English
; confident and clear on calls.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions to close deals.
Target-Oriented:
Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
CRM Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with CRM software for tracking and managing leads.
Customer-Centric:
Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
