(JD):
The
Business Development Executive
will be responsible for initiating and managing partnerships with media institutes, artist associations, media agencies, and individual media professionals and celebrities. The candidate will be provided with lead data and is expected to schedule appointments via phone, conduct physical meetings, and close partnerships by signing MOUs. Additionally, the Sales Person will drive subscription sales to media agencies. Sales team is expected to maintain data sheets, with reviews and observations related to phone calls made, mails sent, meetings conducted via a well document lead conversion funnel mechanism.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
Lead Engagement & Appointment Setting:
Call and mail provided data of media agencies, artist associations institutes, and celebrities to schedule meetings.
Client Meetings & MOU Closure:
Physically meet with media agencies, artist associations, institutes, and celebrities to explain platform benefits and finalize onboarding via MOU.
App Subscription Sales:
Convert agencies into paying subscribers on the GigMedia platform.
Celebrity Onboarding:
Persuade and onboard well-known artists, influencers, and media figures onto the platform.
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management:
Track leads, meetings, conversions, and follow-ups accurately in the system.
Market Intelligence Gathering:
Collect feedback from prospects to enhance pitch effectiveness and report trends.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI): weekly targets will be given and performance will be gauged for incentives.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
