Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in market research and client engagement while also supporting our sales and marketing efforts. You'll be working closely with the business development team, helping identify new opportunities and contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Market Research & Analysis

Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Lead Generation:

Source and qualify potential leads through digital platforms, networking, and outreach.

Client Engagement:

Assist in building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients. Business Proposals & Presentations Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and other business documents.

Sales & Marketing Support:

Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with marketing initiatives.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain CRM data, track progress, and prepare regular reports on business activities. Tools & Platform CRM Tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) - for lead management and client tracking LinkedIn & Other Professional Platforms - for networking and lead generation Market Research Tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Crunchbase) - for research and insights

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Strong academic foundation with demonstrated interest in business strategy, client engagement, and market research.
