The role involves
lead generation, local field sales, distributor onboarding, export client coordination, and revenue growth
.
You will work closely with the founders and take ownership of building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Lead Generation
Identify, qualify, and close B2B leads for skincare, Ayurvedic, food, and wellness categories.
Generate leads from retailers, organic stores, pharmacies, wellness clinics, beauty parlours, hospitals, and distributors.
Manage walk-ins and convert enquiries into orders.
2. Local Market Expansion
Conduct local field visits around Kollam and nearby districts.
Build relationships with retail shops and bulk buyers.
Ensure product visibility, sampling, and shelf placements.
3. Export & White-Label Coordination
Respond to international leads (GCC/EU/USA).
Share catalogues, pricing, certifications, MOQs, and export terms.
Coordinate with packaging, production, and logistics teams for export orders.
4. Distributor & Dealer Management
Identify new distributors and maintain relationships.
Share offers, schemes, monthly targets, and product knowledge.
Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain daily logs of calls, meetings, and orders.
Upsell and cross-sell Sadheeya's product range.
Handle customer feedback and coordinate replacements if needed.
