We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to help us grow our client base and expand market presence. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and closing deals to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Upwork, etc.).
Initiate and manage outbound communication via emails, calls, and social media to engage potential customers.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable products/services to meet their business needs.
Schedule and conduct client meetings/demos (online or in-person), and follow up on proposals.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align on lead quality, service offerings, and branding strategy.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B services).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
