Experience Required:

1-3 years in IT sales or business development Proficiency in Upwork, Freelancer, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation

: Identify and qualify leads via Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and email campaigns

Market Research

: Analyze industry trends and target markets to uncover new business opportunities

Proposal Writing

: Draft compelling proposals tailored to client needs on bidding platforms

Client Engagement

: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients

Sales Strategy

: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans

Performance Tracking

: Maintain CRM records and report sales metrics to management
Required Skills:

Experience with

online bidding platforms

(Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr) Proficiency in

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo Strong

communication and negotiation

skills Familiarity with

CRM tools
