We are looking for a
dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
with hands-on experience in bidding and lead generation to join our growing team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of bidding tools and platforms, with the ability to generate leads, win projects, and build long-term client relationships in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms such as
Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn
and other freelancing or business development platforms to secure new business opportunities.
Analyze project requirements thoroughly and prepare tailored proposals showcasing the company's strengths aligned with client needs.
Maintain a
consistent pipeline
by submitting daily bids and ensuring continuous lead generation.
Communicate with potential clients to clarify project details, answer queries, and negotiate terms effectively.
Coordinate with internal development and design teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of bids and proposed timelines.
Track and manage ongoing bids, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining client communication.
Generate leads through
, and other latest B2B platforms or tools
Maintain strong knowledge of the company's services to position them effectively in bids and proposals.
Report regularly on bidding activities, success rates, and suggest strategies for continuous improvement.
Attend virtual or in-person client meetings, demos, and relevant trade shows to build networks and business opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
1+ years of experience
in IT sales, business development, or bidding roles.
Proven experience in bidding on
Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
, with a track record of securing projects.
Strong understanding of
IT services, web and mobile app development, software solutions, SaaS, and digital services
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to write clear, compelling, and customized proposals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently managing multiple bids simultaneously.
Familiarity with
CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, and project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of
