We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects
Conduct market research and analyze competitors
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong convincing and presentation abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Experience in IT / Digital Marketing industry is a plus
