Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through

freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)

,

LinkedIn lead generation

, and

cold emailing

. Build and maintain strong relationships with

direct clients

and

international partners

. Draft and present business proposals tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align project goals and strategies. Manage client communications from lead generation to deal closure. Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and potential areas of business growth.

Must Have Requirements:



Proven

experience with all major freelance platforms

and

LinkedIn lead generation

. Strong ability in

cold email outreach

and

direct client networking

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written & verbal).

Regular shift availability

(day shift) but must be open to working

1-2 hours in the evening

when required. Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.

Optional / Preferred:



Comfortable working in

afternoon shifts

(flexibility will be provided). Prior experience in the

IT services

or

software development

domain.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
