Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities



Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in the IT services domain. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets. Work on lead generation platforms/tools such as

Upwork, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, and other B2B platforms.

Engage with international and domestic clients, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent communication and account management. Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements with service offerings. Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IT industry.

Requirements



Minimum

3+ years of experience

in IT Business Development (preferably in a service-based company). Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation. Proven experience in using

Upwork, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Fiverr, etc.

for lead generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to meet and exceed business targets with a result-oriented approach. Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
