Utilizing marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage and track leads.
Client Engagement:
Contacting potential clients to understand their needs and business requirements.
Presenting the company's products or services and demonstrating their value proposition.
Building rapport and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.
Sales Process Management:
Qualifying leads and progressing them through the sales funnel.
Preparing and delivering sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
Negotiating terms and closing deals.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM systems.
Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
