We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the construction, real estate and facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial and interior architects electrical services. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, architects and property managers. Prepare proposals, quotes and presentations for potential clients. Collaborate with the project and estimating team to tailor solutions that meet clients needs. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline and goals. Stay Up-to-date with industry trends, competitors and market conditions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development (experience in the electrical or construction industry preferred) Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
