Role Overview:
We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to grow our property portfolio and drive sales.
Responsibilities:
Onboard new properties (villas/apartments/homestays).
Build & manage relationships with property owners and partners.
Pitch Limestays to clients, corporates & travel agents.
Meet monthly sales & acquisition targets.
Track market trends & competitor activity.
Requirements:
1-3 years in sales/business development (hospitality preferred).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated & good at networking.
