We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) Fresher to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads through online platforms, calls, and emails.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable business solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
Maintain records of leads and client communication.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Ability to understand client needs and pitch services.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel, Internet).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline. MBA or certification in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
