Key Responsibilities:
Handle and coordinate
international client calls
and inquiries professionally.
Generate new leads
and business opportunities through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, documentation, and order follow-ups.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends.
Support management in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Preferred Experience:
Background in
Customer Support

Sales Coordination

International Sales

Experience in handling
overseas clients or export markets
preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Confident to handle foreign calls and business discussions independently.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Email Communication & CRM Tools.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines efficiently.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
