We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in selling IT services, including website development, app development, software solutions, SEO, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate must have experience in client acquisition, proposal making, corporate sales, cold calling, outreach, and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
Maintain funnel, forecast, and weekly sales reporting.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business.
Coordinate with internal teams (development, marketing, design) for project delivery.
Ensure high client satisfaction and project follow-through.
Maintain accurate CRM entries (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).
Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
Track industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
Assist in refining sales strategies and improving conversions.
Contribute ideas to improve sales process and conversion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales for Web/App Development, UI/UX services, or IT/digital agency offerings.
Experience working in an IT/digital marketing agency selling website, app, or marketing services.
Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Ability to craft compelling business proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations.
Proven track record of generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong understanding of digital agency services like Website Development, App Development, UI/UX, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, Social Media and email marketing.
Strong understanding of technology products and services, and the ability to communicate their value to potential clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working with CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
