As per our conversation on current role, we are looking for an ambitious self-driven energetic Business Development Manager for newly emerging Markets -Pan India for API Manufactring Plant.
The candidate will be the front of the company & will be dedicated to create & apply an effective revenue generation strategy for the emerging markets business.
The objective is to ensure sustainable business Model through boosting sales & cementing strong fruitful & everlasting relationship with existing & new set of customers.
Responsibilities:
A) Develop a sound business plan to ensure seamless revenue generation & customer satisfaction.
b) Conduct research to identify new customers / markets & their needs.
c) Promote the products in emerging markets from company's EU / WHO -GMP approved facilities.
d) Arrange successful business meet with existing & prospective customers.
e Build long term fruitful relationship with existing & new customers.
f) Prepare sales contracts as per company's policy.
g) Keep records of sales invoices & remittances
h) Co-ordination with production/planning / regulatory department to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
A) Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close with strong business acumen.
B) Proficiency in MS office & CRM.
c) Natural flair for building rapport with the customers
e) Proficiency in English both written & spoken with effective negotiation skills.
f) Market knowledge of emerging markets in Pan India.
g) Having Exposure Pharmaceutical API Manufacturing plant.
g) Time management & planning skills
