Job Overview :
The Data Entry Executive is responsible to prioritize daily workflow and maintain speed and accuracy of data entered, to identify problem worksheets and communicate with data entry supervision and the field to resolve issues, to follow up on problems, to ensure that they are resolved, and to work closely with department personnel to ensure that correct and complete information is captured for all entries
RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and Responsibilities
Prioritize daily workflow and maintain speed and accuracy of data entered.
Identify problem worksheets and communicate with the data entry Team Leader to resolve issues.
Follow up on problems to ensure that they are resolved.
Work closely with department personnel to ensure that correct and complete information is captured for all entries.
Analyze and understand scanned images from the field for accurate billing structure.
Meet billing deadlines
Work prescribed shifts including weekend shifts
Access scanned images and understand the scanning process
Learn all the various custom data required by all the various service centers/customers
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualification:
Any graduate
Requirement:
0-3 years of experience
Detail oriented
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to recognize when there is missing or conflicting information
Good communication skills
Customer service skills
