Data Analyst/Business Analyst Responsibilities:

Analyze Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows including eligibility, billing, claims, denials, and collections using

SQL

Excel

, and

BI tools

Technical Skills Required:

Database Handling:

MySQL or similar Strong knowledge of

Excel

and dashboard buildings. Build

interactive dashboards and reports

using Power BI to reduce denial rates and optimize collections. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to

automate reporting processes

and reduce manual efforts. Provide

real-time insights

into business performance and assist management in making data-backed decisions. Monitor

claim acceptance rates

, average A/R days, and track key KPIs for financial performance. Present actionable recommendations based on data interpretation and visualization.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor of Commerce / any relevant

A minimum of 1 years of experience in related field. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams. A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
