Job Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst who will work closely with our engineering, product, and leadership teams to extract valuable insights from large and complex datasets. This role involves working with real-time data, supporting live projects, and helping build data-driven solutions that enhance our products and services.

Job Profile & Reporting Structure

Title: Data Analyst

Reports To: Data Team Lead / Engineering Manager

Department: Analytics / Technology

Collaborates With: Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to drive business decisions

Build dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools

Perform statistical analysis and identify trends, patterns, and correlations

Work with databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) to extract and manipulate data

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to support analytical needs

Present data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Maintain data integrity and documentation for reproducibility

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field

Proficient in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)

Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau

Solid understanding of data management, cleansing, and transformation techniques

Familiarity with data analytics and reporting best practices

Knowledge of Excel, ETL pipelines, and data architecture fundamentals

Experience working with both structured and unstructured data

Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus

2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
