Whats the Role?
Full-time job to work with Exusia's clients to work on customizing processes in line with the guidelines specified by the business & product owner, ensuring smooth project implementation and product go-live. The role will be part of the end-to-end project life cycle and will participate in gathering functional requirements of business, understand the technical requirements by working with Exusias Solution Architects and Senior Application Designers. The role involved data validation, reporting, and front to back process control of an asset class e.g. Equity, Credit, FX, Rates, Emerging Markets, and Treasury etc.
Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Should be capable of independently leading various projects and ensuring timely completion of the same; ensuring smooth project implementation and product go-live support
xc2xb7 Proactively gathering the right requirement/data from appropriate sources, conducting root cause analysis
xc2xb7 Preferable quality onsite & offsite experience in supporting development, testing and implementation of applications for various clients
xc2xb7 Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and define detailed business requirements
xc2xb7 Document business processes, workflows, user stories, and use cases
xc2xb7 Conduct market and industry analysis to support data-driven strategic decisions
xc2xb7 Assist in designing and implementing financial solutions that align with client needs and market trends
xc2xb7 Bridge communication between business users and technical development teams
xc2xb7 Provide project support in the capacity of a Scrum Master or Project Manager when needed
Mandatory Skills
xc2xb7 6 15 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the financial services or capital markets domain
xc2xb7 Expertise in Business & Data Analysis, Technical Documentation, requirement Gathering and testing in the Capital Market/ Investment Banking, Payment & Card of Banking (BFSI) domain
xc2xb7 Sound knowledge of equity, derivative, trade life cycle & Reference Data
xc2xb7 Efficient in mapping requirements of clients as well as multiple stakeholders, translating the requirements into business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), epic, features, user stories, technical solution; effective in developing, transitioning and customizing processes in line with specified guidelines
xc2xb7 Skilled in Agile (Scrum), V & Waterfall methodologies with proficiency in managing projects and new systems implementations for streamlining operations within time and cost parameters as per
Organizations quality standards
xc2xb7 Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and capital market products
xc2xb7 Proficient in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications
xc2xb7 Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
xc2xb7 Experience or certification as a Scrum Master or Project Manager is advantageous
xc2xb7 Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced certifications are a plus
xc2xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work directly with end users
Nice-to-Have Skills
xc2xb7 Excellent knowledge or experience in Jira or Confluence
xc2xb7 Able to design automation test framework/utility classes as per requirement
xc2xb7 Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud native services will be an added advantage
