Answer incoming calls from parents and other callers.
Provide information about the preschool's programs, curriculum, admission process, and facilities.
Address inquiries and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive and informative interaction.
Make Outbound Calls:
Proactively reach out to prospective parents to provide information about the preschool and encourage them to visit for a tour or open house.
Follow up on inquiries, applications, and admissions process.
Conduct follow-up calls with existing parents for feedback and to ensure satisfaction.
Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for school tours, parent-teacher meetings, and other events.
Coordinate with the relevant staff to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of appointments.
Maintain Database:
Update and maintain an accurate database of contacts, including parents' contact information, inquiries, and follow-up status.
Keep records of calls and note relevant information for future reference.
Handle Queries and Concerns:
Address and resolve parents' queries and concerns promptly.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or higher authorities when necessary.
