About the Role: We seek a dedicated and proactive Sales Coordinator who can coordinate and get in more Business Correspondent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an intermediary between our financial institution and customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient transaction processing.

Responsibilities:?



Customer Engagement: They reach out to potential clients, explain banking products, and assist with applications. Transaction Facilitation: Handle deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, ensuring all transactions comply with regulations. Account Management: Help in opening accounts, loan applications, and other banking services. Financial Literacy Programs: Conduct outreach programs to educate the community about financial products and services. Compliance: Ensure all interactions and transactions meet regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:



Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of financial concepts and banking services. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to travel. IIBF Certification (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service (preferred).

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
