KBS Exports is a leading manufacturer and exporter of industrial leather gloves. With a strong presence in global markets, we pride ourselves our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our office team.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management
Keep records of important daily communications with clients and suppliers in the company systems in the required manner
Keep records of client files for future reference and production support
Client Communication:
Draft, send, and respond to emails from international clients.
Keep track of status of pending inquiries and orders of clients to assist management with day to day work.
Reporting:
Generate reports on correspondence, orders, and client feedback for management review as required from time to time.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree
Previous experience in email correspondence or a related role (1-3 years preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
