Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support daily business operations across departments.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Assist management in preparing business reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
Maintain accurate documentation of client communications, agreements, and project updates.
Follow up on project progress, invoices, and payment schedules.
Support the sales and marketing team in lead tracking, client onboarding, and post-sales support.
Schedule and manage meetings, reviews, and internal coordination sessions.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Coordinate with HR and Admin for inter-departmental needs related to staffing, logistics, or events.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism in all business interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5 to 7 years of experience in business coordination, operations, or client management (IT or service industry preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to tasks.
