Job Description

The role is responsible for managing Client relations, supporting business operations, and upholding the company's professional image during client and stakeholder interactions.

Manage travel, accommodation, and hospitality arrangements for Clients. Ensure professional handling of Client requirements and feedback Serve as the link between offices, departments, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and ensure timely flow of information. Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. Organize meetings, conferences, and official events involving Clients. Coordinate meeting room arrangements, logistics, and required materials. Provide on-site assistance during official visits and events.

Requirement :-



Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience : 2-5 years of experience in Client relations, administration, or office coordination (corporate environment preferred).

Fluency in English (additional languages will be an advantage)

Flexibility required for extended hours during Client visits or events.
