Job Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with students, final-year project groups, and Ph.D. scholars to understand their academic needs.
Promote and sell academic solutions, including project development, research assistance, and technical support.
Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, educational institutions, and student communities.
Maintain strong relationships with universities, professors, and student groups to increase sales opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, academic requirements, and emerging technologies in education.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic services, or educational product sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Understanding of academic project requirements, research methodologies, and technology tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
