Job Responsibilities:
? Identify and engage with students, final-year project groups, and Ph.D. scholars to understand their academic needs.
? Promote and sell academic solutions, including project development, research assistance, and technical support.
? Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, educational institutions, and student communities.
? Maintain strong relationships with universities, professors, and student groups to increase sales opportunities.
? Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
? Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Stay updated with industry trends, academic requirements, and emerging technologies in education.
Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
? 1-3 years of experience in EdTech sales, academic services, or educational product sales.
? Strong communication and negotiation skills.
? Understanding of academic project requirements, research methodologies, and technology tools.
? Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
? Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach
