Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate arrangements for senior management. Draft, review, and manage emails, correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle documents with discretion. Act as a point of contact between executives, clients, and internal teams. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Organize and maintain office filing systems, records, and databases. Support in project coordination, research, and data compilation. Assist in planning company events, conferences, and client meetings. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Skills Required:



Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Attention to detail with ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Professionalism, discretion, and high level of integrity. Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Experience Required:



Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant. Experience in supporting senior executives or leadership teams. Proven track record of handling confidential information and managing executive-level communication. Exposure to corporate environment and business operations pre
