The Business Coordinator - Sales will support the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, managing data and communication, and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations between field teams, management, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with
field sales team
for daily activities, meetings, and follow-ups
Maintain
sales data, MIS, orders, and customer records
Prepare
sales reports, presentations, and trackers
Follow up on
quotations, samples, orders, and dispatch status
Act as a communication bridge between
sales, accounts, logistics, and management
Handle
customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
professionally
Support lead management and CRM updates
Assist in sales planning, reviews, and target tracking
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA preferred
2-5 years of experience in
sales coordination / business coordination
Experience in
Pharma / Nutraceutical / Healthcare
is an advantage
Key Skills
Strong coordination & follow-up skills
Good Excel & MS Office knowledge
Professional communication (verbal & written)
Multitasking & time management
CRM handling (preferred)
