We are looking for a motivated Business Coordinator with 0-2 years of experience in the Edutech sector. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, student counselling, sales closure, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through calls, social media, and referrals.
Counsel students/parents about courses and training programs.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication.
Maintain follow-up with prospective students and close sales.
Support marketing campaigns and participate in promotional activities.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Record and update data in CRM tools.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to understand student needs and suggest the right courses.
Basic knowledge of Edutech sales cycle (inquiry ? demo ? follow-up ? admission).
Ability to work under targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
