A Business Coordinator oversees and supports franchisees' operations. They train and assist franchisees in meeting brand standards, resolving issues, and achieving business goals.
Responsible for all back-office support for Modern Trade, EBO and International Business franchise team
Make proper track of modern trade and new franchise enquiries and ensure closure
Prepare all agreements and contracts and maintain them properly
Look after all legal requirements for the franchise operations including documentation, licenses, KYC and compliances
Back-office support for all software related matters for the franchisee and ensure timely coordination
Address franchisee inquiries, concerns, and issues, resolving complaints and disputes promptly.
Sales analysis
Responsible for coordinating all SIS Counters across the modern trade vertical.
Conduct Customer service feedback/survey.
Handle franchise grievances and support activities.
Staff welfare, travel claim and attendance management.
Daily MIS.
Conduct lead generation and tele calling.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in franchise management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of franchising laws and regulations Strategic outlook
