We're looking for a proactive and organized Business Coordinator to support our engineering and management teams. If you have great communication skills, strong email drafting abilities, and are comfortable working with software tools, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily activities between engineering, operations, and management teams
Draft and manage professional email communication
Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks
Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation
Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining project records
Work with software tools and basic project management systems
Support administrative and operational tasks for smooth workflow
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field
1-3 years of experience in coordination/admin roles (preferred)
Excellent verbal & written communication
Strong email communication skills
Good understanding of MS Office and software tools
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Immediate joiner preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
