We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Business Coordinator

to support our daily business operations and ensure smooth coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project tracking, communication, and administrative functions to help drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate cross-functional activities between departments (e.g., sales, HR, operations). Support project planning, implementation, and follow-up. Manage schedules, meetings, and documentation for leadership and business units. Track performance metrics, reports, and project statuses. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables. Assist in budgeting, invoice tracking, and procurement processes. Identify workflow improvements and propose operational solutions. Maintain organized files, records, and business documentation. Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
