Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate and prepare for meetings -- including agenda creation, note-taking, and follow-ups.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Track tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
Liaise with departments to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
Assist in planning and execution of business events, reviews, and travel logistics.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and records for easy retrieval.
Support daily administrative operations to enhance executive productivity.
Skills Required:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approach.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Experience Required:
Minimum
1-5 years of experience
as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, co-ordinator or in a similar administrative role.
Experience supporting senior management or leadership roles preferred.
Exposure to fast-paced corporate or startup environments will be an added advantage.
