Key Responsibilities:

Conduct

market research

to identify potential clients, competitors, and hiring trends in the recruitment industry. Generate qualified

leads

using LinkedIn, job portals, and other data sources to support business development efforts. Assist the

inside sales and BD team

in reaching out to clients, setting meetings, and maintaining follow-ups. Support

digital marketing initiatives

such as content sharing, email marketing, and basic SEO for recruitment services. Manage and grow the company's

social media presence

(LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) with industry-relevant content. Perform

market mapping

and

data scraping

for targeted outreach in specific industries or geographies. Maintain and update

CRM tools

, databases, and trackers related to business and client engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in

market research, lead generation, inside sales, or digital marketing

, preferably in the recruitment or HR services industry. Familiarity with tools like

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Excel/Google Sheets

, and CRM software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
