Business Coordinator - Residential Sales / Real Estate - 3+ Years Experience - Gurgaon
We are hiring a Business Coordinator to support strategic marketing initiatives and business development in the residential sales domain. This role involves managing reports, coordinating projects, preparing sales collateral, and providing high-level support to leadership while ensuring smooth execution of market initiatives.

Responsibilities * Provide executive-level support to the Managing Director through reporting, data analysis, and project coordination.

• Prepare reports, financial documents, memos, and presentations.
• Manage documents and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Support cross-country teams with pitch presentations and marketing collateral.
• Monitor deadlines, answer queries, and contribute to team meetings.
• Handle projects and special assignments, managing priorities and progress.

Requirements * MBA preferred (or equivalent qualification).

• Minimum 3+ years of industry experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present and interpret complex reports/documents.
• Proficiency in MS Office and business reporting tools.
