Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation
Lead end-to-end supply chain optimization projects, including network design, S&OP, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier management programs, and contract negotiation strategies.
Conduct current-state and future-state process mapping, spend analysis, and benchmarking using industry standards (e.g., APQC, IBIS World).
Design and launch new operating models for supply chain divisions, including organizational structure, master data governance, and process documentation.
Technology Enablement & Analytics
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) for supply chain KPIs, spend visibility, and operational performance.
Utilize advanced analytics for forecasting, scenario modeling, and cost optimization.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, stakeholder interviews, and training sessions to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
Provide executive-level presentations, status updates, and recommendations to client leadership.
Industry & Sector Expertise
Deliver solutions across manufacturing, retail, financial services, logistics, healthcare, and technology sectors.
Advise clients on best practices for regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational resilience.
