We are into facility management services. Our company deals with government tenders for outsourcing manpower supply to various government organizations across pan India. We are basically a contractor who participates in tenders floated by various government organizations and after the award of the tender we supply contractual manpower as per the terms & conditions of the contract.

About part time job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Searching tenders on government portals
2. Participating in tenders floated by government organizations across pan India
3. Tracking of tenders participated and maintaining records for the same
4. Maintaining Excel files for all tenders participated
5. Keeping track of results of tenders declared by government organizations
6. Interacting with government officials across pan India
7. Maintaining documents of employees outsourced at various government organizations in which we are awarded the contract
8. Preparing salary structures of the employees with all statutory components such as EPF, ESI, bonus, etc.
9. Working on software through which tenders are prepared
