About the Team:
Technology delivery of Projects and Client Engagement for FIS\xc2\xae Wealth as a Service business. FIS\xc2\xae Wealth as a Service delivers modernized and agile technology, backed by a comprehensive global outsourcing and asset servicing model, to firmly put Wealth Management firms in control of their core business.
What you will be doing:
Techno-Functional IT Consultant and Business Analyst role in reconciliations.
Requirements gathering and analysis for projects and changes by liaising with business and clients.
Face off with business teams on projects and enhancements
Create and maintain documentation (Process maps, BRDs, Test Cases, Specifications, User Manuals).
Translate the requirements to developers and technical consultants
Skills:
Sound understanding of Reconciliation function in Banking and Financial services.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
Business Analysis - Able to understand functional requirements and translate into technical specifications for different type of reconciliations, including, but not limited to Cash & Position Reconciliations.
Basic understanding of SQL commands and able to query the database to extract data for analysis.
Able to provide functional training and support to business line users.
Communicate effectively on meetings with business teams and clients.
Willingness to learn new processes and emerging tech, adapt to the fast-changing environment.
Working knowledge of FIS Data Integrity Manager (Formerly IntelliMatch) or similar other enterprise recon applications.
Good to have skills
Understanding of Wealth Management and Trust Accounting services.
Understanding of Trade life cycle and fundamentals of Capital Markets.
Understanding of File Preprocessing using ETL tools, or Scripting languages (Batch, Perl, etc.)
Understanding of Business Intelligence reporting tools
Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA
Experience of working in an Agile environment
Issue triage, investigation, and coordination to closure

Data management and Data Analysis for different types of files from external and internal sources
Training end users on application functionality and change overviews
Participation in stand-up meetings
Maintaining open and timely communication with relevant business and IT teams
Working with developers and support teams for resolving technical issues and user queries
Participating in production implementations and post implementation support
