We require an ERP Consultant with expertise in the
Retail industry
to implement and support ERP solutions that improve retail operations, sales, POS, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze retail processes such as POS operations, promotions, stock management, pricing, and customer engagement.
Configure ERP retail modules including POS, inventory, sales, CRM, and procurement.
Support requirement gathering, documentation, testing, and UAT.
Coordinate with technical teams for customizations and integrations
Train store-level and back-office teams on system usage.
Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
2-3 years of experience in
Retail operations
, store management, or
retail ERP implementations
.
Knowledge of POS systems, stock controls, promotions, and retail KPIs.
ERP experience in NetSuite Retail, Odoo Retail, Shopify integrations, etc., is preferred.
* Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
