o Timeline Analysis

o benefit & feature prioritization
o ROI of programs
o Budgeting of programs
o Derived Analysis
Explain the same to development team, project sponsor & rest of stakeholders
To validate & confirm if Digital transformation journey is on track with respect to benefits & strategic intent
To lead a team of Program managers, Business analyst, technical & functional associates to perform the above responsibilities
Skills / Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of operational business and/or consultancy experience, with a focus on business intelligence and analytics.
Perform consulting engagements for with process owners in specific business domain (Example: Energy Sector). Responsibilities include understanding and documenting of business processes, analysis and capture of requirements and issues via workshops if required.
Assessing as-is processes, doing gap analysis, creating to-be processes and making recommendations to implement changes.
Experience in using Six Sigma, Lean and other methodologies to drive continuous process improvement in technology projects
Manage large projects and programs in a multi-vendor scenario and globally spread team and deliver the outcome leveraging Agile principle and applying DevOps capabilities
Leading a team of IT Project Managers. To guide the project managers and signoff if overall objectives of the project is met
Support in implementing leading edge, organization-specific solutions, including development of business case, IT strategy development and tools/software considerations around Digital solutions
Work closely with client IT teams and business personnel to uncover opportunities and draw actionable insights
Conduct assessments of organizations Digital infra to understand their current operations, challenges, and opportunities and provide a clearcut road map for their Digital transformation Journey.
Develop and present actionable recommendations and strategies to address organizational needs, ranging from operational optimization to strategic planning
Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of recommended solutions, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance consulting services and deliver value
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and demonstrating a commitment to their success
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the consulting practice by sharing knowledge, collaborating with team members, and actively participating in professional development activities
Qualification:
Proven experience in business consulting or a relevant industry, with a track record of delivering results
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Solid understanding of business principles, practices, and processes across multiple functional areas.
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders
A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
