We are seeking an ERP Business Consultant with strong experience in the
Manufacturing domain
. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client manufacturing processes, gathering requirements, configuring ERP modules, and supporting end-to-end implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client manufacturing workflows such as production planning, routing, BOM, WIP, capacity planning, and shop-floor operations.
Configure ERP modules aligned to manufacturing best practices.
Assist in solution design, documentation, testing, and UAT.
Work closely with developers to provide functional specifications.
Train end-users on manufacturing-related ERP features.
Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
2-3 years of experience in
Manufacturing operations
or
Manufacturing ERP implementation
.
Strong functional understanding of BOM, Routing, MRP, Inventory, and QC processes.
Experience in ERP platforms (NetSuite/Odoo/SAP/Zoho or similar) is an added advantage.
