CTG is seeking to fill a Business Consultant position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Overview:
Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Celonis and a passion for driving business transformation? Join our client as a Business Consultant, where you'll partner with key stakeholders to analyze processes, uncover insights, and deliver impactful solutions that optimize performance across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document complex processes.
Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement using Celonis process mining and analytics.
Conduct thorough data analysis to generate actionable insights and measurable recommendations.
Facilitate workshops, presentations, and collaborative sessions to drive alignment and adoption of solutions.
Support the implementation of process improvement initiatives and monitor results to ensure business objectives are met.
Act as a trusted advisor, translating technical data into clear business value for diverse teams.
Required Skills:
Deep expertise in Celonis process mining and analytics.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Experience translating complex business requirements into actionable strategies.
High attention to detail with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
Experience:
6+ years of experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar role.
Proven track record of successfully engaging with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, and process optimization initiatives.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $95,000 to $105,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
