Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, Field Visit and industry events.
Build a strong pipeline of potential clients (SMEs, Corporates) across Mumbai
Client Engagement & Meetings: Fix and attend meetings with business owners, directors, and CXOs. Conduct face-to-face meetings to understand their business challenges and propose relevant solutions.
Deliver customized sales pitches and presentations aligned with client needs.
Solution Selling: Promote and sell Sone's services including Digital Marketing, Website Development, Training & Development, HR Solutions, and Business Implementation & Many Work consultatively to recommend solutions that bring measurable results to clients.
Sales Execution: Plan and execute structured field visits across Western, Central, Harbour, and extended suburbs of Mumbai. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and deal status using CRM tools. Submit detailed reports on sales performance, client feedback, and competitor activities.
