Who are we looking for?
The Product Regulatory function within ESI provides critical chemical regulatory compliance support and expertise to the business. The team excels at interpreting and disseminating complex regulatory and legislative text and obligations to business stakeholders. The team is experienced in steering businesses through the evolving regulatory landscape to stay compliant to new and existing regulatory obligations. Moreover, the team performs and regularly communicates regulatory impact assessment on business portfolio.

• Contribute BU-specific Regulatory projects and issues
• Supports stewardship of BU's compliance status and needs
• Help prioritizations
• Consolidate inputs from Regulatory Team
• Collect BU information for Regulatory Team to perform compliance actions

What will you be doing?

• Collate information from both BU and Regulatory team to help Regulatory assessment and impact analysis on products
• Supports stewardship of BU' compliance status and needs
• Regulatory Intelligence and Surveillance
• Monitor and stay up to date on regulatory updates and risks
• Support surveillance for BU-specific end use regulations
• Support BU-specific detailed impact assessment and convey regulatory requirements to BU
• Drives compliance actions and follow ups
• Support BU-specific regulatory projects and issues
• IMDS submission for automotive
• Document creation as per requirement

Who are You?

• 3-5 years of experience in the Chemical Industry (Organic, Polymer, Analytical)with MSC background
• freshers with PHD can be considered
• Degree in Chemistry preferred

What competencies will you need?
Knowledge of chemical regulations
This role requires a awareness/ knowledge of chemical regulations in the globally such as US TSCA, SNUR, GHS/CLP, Transport regulation, PFAS regulation, Poison Centre Notification (PCN), Drug precursors, Dual use, Chemical weapons, EU REACH, Turkey REACH, K-REACH etc.
Project management
This role will be required to exhibit good team skills to work with cross-functional teams. Ability to multitask, prioritize and to meet targets.
