Key Responsibilities
Conduct interactive training sessions on
business communication skills
Train students/participants in:
Professional verbal and non-verbal communication
Business vocabulary and etiquette
Email writing, reports, and professional documentation
Presentation skills and public speaking
Interview skills and workplace communication
Design and customize training materials based on learner needs
Conduct role plays, group discussions, and practical activities
Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback
Maintain attendance and basic training reports
Coordinate with the training/academic team for schedules and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
English, Communication, Management, or related field
Certification in
Business Communication / Soft Skills / Corporate Training
preferred
Prior experience as a
communication or soft skills trainer
